Sara Maher is a highly accomplished healthcare leader known for her blend of medical insight, operational expertise, and business strategy. She holds a Bachelor’s in Health Information Management and a Master of Health Service Administration with a focus on public health and infectious-disease response.

Before founding the Oklahoma Foot Specialists, Sara served as a Lead Implementation Project Manager at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), where she oversaw large-scale clinical technology implementations and system optimization within major health networks.

Originally from Chicago, with additional public-health experience in California, Sara now calls Tulsa home. With her strong medical foundation and business savvy, she is committed to building accessible, high-quality services and making a meaningful impact on the health of the community she now serves.

A fully licensed foot and ankle surgeon with a passion for conservative, patient-centered clinical care, Dr. De La Cruz provides expert Podiatry services throughout Northeast Oklahoma, focusingon nail care, routine care, diabetic foot care, wound management, and in-home treatment for chronic conditions.

A proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Dr. De La Cruz completed his medical training and surgical residency in Miami, Florida, where he gained comprehensive experience surgical treatment, but found passion for non-surgical management of lower extremity conditions. His practice focuses on keeping his patients mobile, with comfortability. 

Known for his warm, down-to-earth approach, Dr. De La Cruz believes that great care starts with patient-centered care— values that shape how he practices medicine every day.

When is not practicing medicine, his time is rooted in faith, family, and friends.
